Free shipping on orders over $80 CAN

Shipping

Most in stock items are shipped from my home in Toronto, Ontario within 1-3 days from receipt of your order. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and should arrive to most Canadian destinations within 2-14 business days, while orders to the United States are shipped using FedEx Ground and should arrive within 4-14 business days. If you have been informed that your order has been shipped and it has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact me with your order number, name, and phone number. Any product that is lost in shipping will result in a full refund, but due to the one of a kind nature of my boards, replacements may not be available.

All orders include insurance.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $80 CAN

Receive free shipping on orders of $80 CAN or more within Canada and the continental United States. Just add merchandise which totals $80 CAN or more to your shopping cart and shipping charges are automatically deducted from your total at checkout. The following restrictions apply.

  • Residents of Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories may not qualify for free shipping. Please contact me for further information.
  • Orders over 30 lbs may be charged extra handling fees.
  • You will not receive free shipping on your order if any items are canceled, after the order has been placed, bringing the total below $80 CAN.
  • Returned items that qualified for free shipping will be issued a refund less actual shipping charges.

All orders below $80 CAN are charged $20 CAN for shipping.

United States Orders

USA orders may be subject to import duties and taxes that may be levied once your order reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the addressee; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. For further information, you should contact your local customs office for further details.

International Orders

Currently, I do not ship outside of North America. But, you may contact me for details.
